Plastic Cup Puppy
This guy is just about the cutest thing ever. And you don't even have to house train him. Win! What you need:- Lit Mama's Plastic Cup Puppy Template
- 2 9-0z plastic cups
- 2 googly eyes
- 1 black pom
- 1 6x9 piece pink craft foam
- 1 6x9 piece tan craft foam
- Glue
- Scissors
- Turn one cup upside down and cover top with glue
- Turn the other cup on it's side and glue the side-facing cup to the upside down cup at the back (bottom) end
- Set aside to dry
- Print out Plastic Cup Puppy template
- Trace dog's ears, forelegs and back feet onto tan foam (do this first, before you cut foot pads from back feet templates)
- Cut out foot pads and trace them and tongue onto pink foam
- Glue foot pads onto back feet and set aside to dry
- Glue googly eyes into place near top of the 'head' cup
- Glue black pom into place for nose at the top near the opening
- Glue tongue inside opening
- Glue ears on either side of 'head' cup behind eyes
- Glue forelegs onto 'body' cup just in front of ears on either side
- Glue back feet to front of 'body' cup between forelegs

So what else could we make with this story but peanut butter cookies that look like dog bones? And this is the absolute yummiest peanut butter cookie recipe I have ever made.Not Your Dog's Peanut Butter Cookies
What you need:- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a mixer, cream peanut butter, butter, and sugars until smooth
- Add egg and vanilla extract and mix well
- In a separate bowl, sift together flours, baking soda, and salt
- Add to butter mixture and mix well
- Scoop out about a 1/2" ball of dough and roll between hands to make long part of bone
- Place on cookie sheet and flatten slightly with fingertips
- Scoop out 4 1/4-inch balls and press 2 into each end of long part
- Sprinkle with white sugar if desired
- Bake 9 minutes
- Allow to cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet
- Remove to wire rack to cool completely
